I would love to tell you a little bit about myself.
Let's talk a little bit about me
I am a NY State Licensed Massage Therapist. In 2009 I graduated of the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage (OSTM) in Syracuse, NY, I have been trained in various modalities including swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, massage cupping therapy and pre/postnatal massage. In each massage session, I utilize techniques I have developed for years and have learned from a wide range of bodywork experts to deliver the most personalized treatments with exceptional results.
Specializing in deep tissue and sports massage I love that I get to work with a number of local amateur athletes in the Syracuse area. After finishing my studies at OSTM I spent time in New York City working for one of the top gyms in the country. There I worked along side some of the city's finest personal trainers. As an amateur athlete myself, a Functional Fitness Coach, and I am trained as the Level 2 CrossFit Coach, I workout 4 to 6 days a week. I spend my free time doing Functional Fitness, Olympic Weightlifting, Running, Cycling and once in a while you might find me on a pool. I take part in a number of local and national races/events throughout the year.
My personal experiences as an athlete and a Coach has influenced my massage practice and continues to provide valuable insight on movement, muscle imbalance and/or weaknesses that I use to adapt massage techniques to best suit the needs of my clients. Whether it be injury prevention, pain management, stress reduction, or otherwise. I work together with clients to help them achieve greater balance mentally and physically.
We use integrated massage techniques consisting of multiple modalities custom tailored to fit your needs. Simply book based on amount of time you like for the massage session and we can discuss what type of massage would be best when you come in for your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or chooses to forgo their appointment for any reason will be considered a “no-show.” You will be charged for your “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to accommodate the following appointment. You will be still be charged for the “full” session.
